OPEN POSITIONS
Business Development Representative (BDR)
Position Summary: The primary role of the Business Development Representative (BDR) is to develop and foster new and existing business relationships with law firms and healthcare providers involved in caring for personal injury victims involved in third-party liability accidents. The BDR will plan and execute persuasive approaches that will convince potential customers to do business with National Health Finance (NHF) and provide ongoing support that will continually improve the overall relationship with NHF.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities via outbound phone calls (50+ per week) and in person meetings (10+ per week).
- Develop lasting relationships with new and existing customers. Present new products and services to customers that will enhance existing relationships.
- Work with the team to develop approaches, proposals, marketing programs and events that speaks to the customer’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Schedule meetings between customer decision makers and company’s practice leaders/principals.
- Leverage Salesforce.com to accurately forecast, track and record account activity.
Knowledge, Skills and Education:
- 1-3 years’ experience in sales or business development roles with proven track record exceeding targets in relationship driven sales role.
- Experience in marketing services to law firms and/or medical providers.
- Healthcare and/or financial products experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Sales, equivalent degree in a similar field or commensurate business development experience.
Recovery Specialist
Position Summary: The primary role of the Recovery Specialist is to follow up with attorney offices on case status to quickly obtain payment on medical liens. This position requires effective communication by phone and email with follow up as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Obtain status of cases daily by utilizing the following methods: phone call, e-mail, fax, and online docket with court system;
- Prioritize daily phone checklists by region to assure maximum contact;
- Place a minimum of 100 calls per day to obtain current case status;
- Accurately enter case status updates in the NetSuite after status has been received;
- Work with the Assistant General Counsel on collection cases;
- Follow up with insurance carriers when necessary to resolve outstanding balances due to the company;
- Submit any missing case documents to required parties;
- Negotiate the resolution of the company’s outstanding accounts receivables with law firms, and, occasionally, insurance companies and individuals;
- Other duties as needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Education:
- 1-3 years’ experience in customer service or collections
- Healthcare and/or financial experience preferred
- High school diploma
Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Position Summary: The Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing is charged with the overall development and execution of strategic and tactical sales and marketing plans. Our ideal candidate will be motivated, able to work independently and be self-disciplined in driving projects and bottom-line results.
